Scope of works:

Under OPRA Projects, WAPE achieved a great deal of success for Tellus Holdings on a very challenging timeline.

WAPE were flexible in their approach and accommodated late changes which lead to an excellent result. Tellus Holdings were able to move in two weeks earlier than originally tendered.

Services Provided:

Isolate & made safe existing electrical services
Installed new CAT6 communications cabling as UTP and all CAT6 outlets and patch panels compliant with the use of twisted pair cabling
Installed new protective devices for all outgoing circuits from the tenant distribution board.
New cabling, cable containment and cabling alterations
Supplied & installed New lighting as required
As constructed documentation & operation manuals
