Scope of works:

Dedicated to aged care in Western Australia for over 50 years, SwanCare required a full office re-fit to create a new, modern and flexible work space for their staff, including break-out space and a fresh front-of-house and reception area.

Services provided:

• Isolate & made safe existing electrical services
• Dry fire protection
• Security & access control
• New CAT6 communications cabling as UTP and all CAT6 outlets and patch panels compliant with the use of twisted pair cabling
• New protective devices for all outgoing circuits from the tenant distribution board.
• New cabling, cable containment and cabling alterations
• Supplied & installed New lighting & emergency lighting throughout
• Testing, commissioning and certification of equipment and systems
• As-constructed drawings, documentation and operation and maintenance manuals
• Warranty, maintenance and defects liability period (12 months)
• All components and systems completed in every respect, fully tested and commissioned and placed into service.
