Scope of works:

Recently completed from the City of Swan to undertake the new building addition to the Hazelmere Building Hall in Hazelmere.
This project was to renovate the existing hall with an addition as per council specifications and requirements.

Services Provided:

• Isolate & made safe existing electrical services
• Removal, relocation & replacement of existing main switchboard
• New underground sub mains cabling & cable containment
• Dry fire protection & fire indication panel
• Security & access control to integrate with the city of swan
• Installation of all switches, GPOs, single and captive type multi-phase power outlets including weatherproof outlets and accessories
• Installation of the complete internal, architectural and external lighting system including all support fixtures, underground cabling, conduits, lighting columns, pole footings and reticulation support systems.
• Installation of the complete single point LED emergency and LED exit lighting system compliant to AS2293 including all hardware and commissioning and testing of the emergency lighting system.
• Testing, commissioning and certification of equipment and systems
• As-constructed drawings, documentation and operation and maintenance manuals
• Warranty, maintenance and defects liability period (12 months)
• All components and systems completed in every respect, fully tested and commissioned and placed into service.
